Return Policy

How do I return an item?

All products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons. (Note the time frame starts from date the product is delivered (check date issued on your Final Invoice). The refund amount will be equal to the paid amount for an item).

  1. Damaged goods on arrival
  2. Manufacturing defectIn-correct product. Please refer to Easy Return Policy.
  3. Incorrect product delivered


How to Initiate a Return Request

[iii] Click on RETURN THIS ITEM for item(s) you wish to return.

Select the reason for returning and kindly upload supporting photographs before submit. This will improve our customer service to you.

Collection of returned items

Our sales rep will call you within one hour to confirm date and time to pick up the items you wish to return. Once confirmed, our authorised collection executive will collect the products you wish to return.


Payment Refunds

Once your return claim is accepted, Refunds will be processed within 24 Hours depending on the mode of payment you used. Note Banks usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account or alternatively we will replace your order with another order you choose.
